SECTION I - General
1. The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission without explanation.
2. Inappropriate behaviors (aggressive language, racial slurs, etc.) will not be tolerated.
3. The client must read, understand and agree to all the terms in order to proceed with the commission.SECTION II - Payment and Prices (In USD)
1. Prices will be changed in accordance with complexity, size and / or detail of the piece at both parties' agreement.
2. 50% of the full payment has to be made within 24 hours after the artist accepts the commission.
3. Payments must be made via Paypal.
4. An invoice will be provided for the client.
5. Should a specific deadline, which has to be communicated with the artist in advance, is given, the artist may apply an extra fee at their discretion.SECTION III - Communication
THE PROCESS OFTEN FOLLOW THIS TIMELINE: Commission form received → Discussion → 50% payment → Sketching → Final work → 50% payments
1. Free changes can be requested by the client during the sketching process. After this, additional fees will be applied based on the changes.
2. Final artwork will be sent through the platform chosen by the client.
3. The platform for communication must be established in advance to ensure a clear line of communication between the client and the artist.
4. Poor communication may lead to the cancellation of commission.
5. Refunds may be given when the artist cannot complete the commission.SECTION IV - Rights
1. The work will not be commercialized (via means of redistribution, used for publishing purposes, etc) unless specified beforehand.
2. The client cannot alter the piece unless agreed upon by the artist.
3. The client can repost the commissioned piece to their social platforms so long as full credit is given to the artist.
4. Print and other physical forms of the artwork created by the client should only be restricted to personal use ONLY.
5. The artist retains all rights to the artwork, which includes but is not limited to crop, edit or alter for personal and / or promotional use.
6. The artist does not claim any rights to any intellectual property or the character (s).
